DELIVERY TIME
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: After orders are paid, our warehouse department will generally take 3-7 working days to prepare your goods and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment. (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days.)
Shipping Time: Generally, it takes 7-12 working days to get an item delivered all over the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS, depending on where you live. Occasionally, a shortage of goods could lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will send you an email notification and no processes will be done until you respond. We can offer an exchange or cancel service for you according to your will.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. We find it difficult to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order. You can choose the shipping company you like; we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can also choose your own shipping way, or cancel your order.
